The BedMed Experience
Come hear the experience of Dr. Scott Garrison, creator and lead of the Canada-wide BedMed study, in engaging community health providers and patients.
Drawing from his journey from a fee-for-service practitioner, Dr. Garrison will share the pitfalls and opportunities in primary care engagement for research. He will give insight in how to engage family physicians and how to carry out research in a primary care setting.
You may recognise Dr. Scott Garrison from NACTRC’s very first quarterly newsletter, the Pragmatic Clinical Trials Collaborative, and the Edmonton Zone Medical Staff Association (EZMSA) Researcher of the Year Award 2017.
