As part of a two-part series on clinical trials budgeting, Sharon Appelman-Eszczuk (Director of Operations, Gastrointestinal and Liver Disease Research Group) and Sergey Nikitin (President & Director, Prime Site Research Solutions Inc.) will provide an introductory seminar on clinical trials budgeting for industry-initiated/funded trials (Part I). Topics covered will include budget preparation, negotiation skills, and budget tracking. Part II of the series will focus on budgeting for investigator-initiated clinical trials.
This session will be geared to those with a beginner-to-intermediate level of knowledge and expertise with clinical trials budgeting. Please note that Part I is a repeat session with updated content.
